1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 99bk website accessible at https://99bk.io, including all associated pages, services, games, and betting products available thereon.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account remains active and in good standing.
• "Account" means the individual member account held with 99bk, through which the Member accesses Platform services and holds a balance.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, cashback, or similar benefit credited to an Account pursuant to a 99bk promotional offer, which remains subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total real-money betting turnover a Member must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by 99bk prior to processing withdrawals or activating full account functionality.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all Platform operations, support, and promotional schedules.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any feature of the 99bk Platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their current form. Acceptance is a continuing obligation: each time you log into your Account, you reaffirm your acceptance of the Terms as they stand at that time.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the 99bk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific rule and these Terms, the more restrictive provision shall apply.

3 Eligibility

Use of the 99bk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your membership:

1. Age: You must be aged 21 years or older. 99bk maintains a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Members who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings voided, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not permitted to register.
3. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are prohibited. 99bk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and consolidate or void balances across them.
4. Accurate information: All information provided during and after registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You must notify 99bk promptly of any changes to your registered details.
5. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, whether initiated by you via the 99bk responsible gaming tools or imposed by the Platform. Attempting to register while subject to self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 99bk services, you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address or mobile number, and accurate personal information including your full legal name and date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, unless you have promptly notified 99bk of unauthorised access.

99bk recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. While 2FA is strongly encouraged, 99bk's security obligations are met through the provision of these tools; the choice to activate them rests with the Member.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

99bk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed and may also be required at account registration or where unusual account activity is identified.

KYC documentation typically includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your full name and current address, issued within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account confirming registered name and mobile number).

99bk may request additional documentation at its discretion. Documents must be submitted in a legible format. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC review is complete. 99bk aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two business days of receiving all required documentation.

Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.

6 Deposits & Payments

99bk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a different currency denomination. Any applicable conversion rates and fees will be displayed at the point of transaction.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are yours legitimately and are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. 99bk reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on large or unusual deposits.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested by Members whose Accounts are fully KYC-verified and whose withdrawal amount represents real-money Balance only (i.e., excluding Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This same-method policy is a security and anti-fraud measure. If the original deposit method is unavailable, 99bk will contact the Member to arrange an alternative verified channel.

Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours during BST operating hours (08:00–24:00 BST).
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer: 1 to 2 business days.

99bk reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC review, source-of-funds verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Members will be notified of any delay and the estimated resolution timeline.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

99bk offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, as well as the general bonus rules stated in this section.

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (stated as a multiplier, e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) that must be completed using real-money wagers on eligible games or betting markets before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type and will be stated in individual promotion terms.
2. Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
3. Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms.
4. Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
5. Modification: 99bk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion before modification will be notified of any material changes.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 99bk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type, as published in the 99bk sports betting rules documentation. The following general rules apply across all betting and casino products:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed after acceptance, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• 99bk reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, pricing error, or system fault has materially affected the outcome or the odds at which the bet was accepted.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event, 99bk will defer to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA, BFF) as the binding result.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 99bk reserves the right to adjust individual Member betting limits at its discretion.
• All casino games use certified random number generation. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are available in the game information panels within the platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99bk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Members, including at live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform to process illegitimate funds through deposit-withdrawal cycles.
• Providing false identity information, fraudulent KYC documents, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Using the Platform while subject to self-exclusion or while physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99bk support staff or other Members through any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

99bk is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Members. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all available directly from your Account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on net losses. When the limit is reached, further betting and gaming is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which your Account remains open but all betting and gaming access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period. Members who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications immediately.

99bk staff are trained to identify problem gambling indicators and may proactively reach out to Members displaying concerning patterns. The Platform reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions unilaterally where it believes a Member's gambling behaviour poses a risk to their wellbeing, regardless of whether the Member has requested such restrictions. 12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 99bk Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 99bk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 99bk.

The 99bk name and logo are trademarks of the Platform. Use of these marks without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99bk's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99bk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however caused and under whatever theory of liability, even if 99bk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

99bk makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability. 99bk will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

99bk collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

99bk will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to the operational requirements of the Platform (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios) and is subject to confidentiality obligations. 15 Amendments to These Terms

99bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Member rights or obligations — 99bk will endeavour to provide at least seven days' advance notice via registered email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
